Core Responsibilities
  • Work alongside clinical, residential, and nursing staff to develop, execute, and evaluate behavior intervention plans.
  • Champion the needs of individuals, assisting them in reaching their personal objectives.
  • Exhibit a constructive attitude while upholding exceptional performance standards.
  • Concentrate on fostering positive results for all individuals served.
  • Engage in effective communication with both team members and clients.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related discipline.
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor certification.
Desirable Attributes
  • Experience in supporting individuals with disabilities.
  • Prior experience in supervisory or leadership capacities.

The compensation for this role is competitive, ranging from $50,000 to $60,000.
