Job Summary

Foundations for Living is seeking a qualified Behavioral Health Provider to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Provider, you will be responsible for providing behavioral health interventions and community support services to clients who are receiving services through our outpatient program.

About the Role

The Behavioral Health Provider will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality and cost-effective health care to our clients. This includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and group therapy sessions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of behavioral health principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

* Provide behavioral health interventions and community support services to clients * Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans * Provide individual and group therapy sessions * Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality and cost-effective health care * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a related behavioral health field * Non-degreed candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and complete 40 hours of Qualified Behavioral Health Provider training * Computer skills necessary * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
