Job Description

We are seeking a Civil Engineer with Municipal Expertise in Kaysville, UT to provide engineering design and project management services for municipal engineering projects including water, sewer, storm water, transportation, and other municipal services.

This position will participate in all phases of project development, design, and construction, analyzing engineering data, interpreting plans and specifications, and making sound decisions to solve challenges.

You will collaborate with other engineers, planners, and public agencies on projects and provide coordination and support for multi-disciplinary projects throughout the company.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering.
  • Certification as Professional Engineer (P.E.).
  • 5 years of qualified experience as a P.E.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Willingness to build a practice and mentor junior staff.
  • Proven technical background and skillset.
  • Municipal engineering background.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $85,000-$145,000 per year, which is negotiable based on experience. We also offer a competitive benefit package, including insurance, bonuses for qualified employees, a flexible work schedule, and a team-centered, collaborative, and supportive atmosphere.
