Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the planning, scheduling, and coordination of commercial HVAC projects from start to finish, ensuring that all project milestones are achieved.
  • Maintain precise and current project documentation utilizing industry-standard software such as Bluebeam, MS Project, and AutoCAD, including contracts, change orders, and work orders.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring accurate and timely communication regarding project updates, timelines, and any arising issues.
  • Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to guarantee the timely provision of materials and services, fostering relationships that contribute to project success.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards for all projects, assisting in the preparation of necessary permits and safety documentation.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Administrator, Service Coordinator, or Dispatcher within the commercial HVAC industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and building automation systems such as Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls Metasys, and Bacnet.
  • Essential proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD, and other relevant software tools.
  • Candidates must have a stable work history within the commercial HVAC sector.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.
