Position Summary

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for orchestrating and managing recruitment strategies for Comcast Business, focusing on Director-level and strategic positions within Accounting, Finance, General Administration, Operations, and Sales. This role encompasses the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding, while collaborating with leadership to define goals, objectives, and hiring priorities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee the complete recruitment process, including:
- Job requisition design
- Sourcing and screening candidates
- Conducting pre-employment checks
- Ensuring compliance with regulations
- Extending offers of employment
- Facilitating onboarding procedures

2. Collaborate with senior management to formulate recruitment strategies across all business units.

3. Develop initial job requisitions by outlining position requirements and ensuring timely approval and posting in the applicant tracking system.

4. Create and update job descriptions as necessary to reflect current needs.

5. Work closely with hiring departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of departmental culture and position requirements, including necessary skills and experience.

6. Provide expert guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

7. Build a robust candidate pipeline through:
- Targeted advertising
- Direct sourcing
- Employee referrals
- Networking and recruitment events

8. Establish and maintain relationships with businesses, government agencies, community organizations, educational institutions, employment agencies, and other recruitment partners.

9. Represent the company at job fairs and community events to promote employment opportunities.

10. Review applications, resumes, and credentials, overseeing pre-screening, interviews, and assessments. Provide timely feedback and follow-up.

11. Coordinate background checks and verify educational and employment history.

12. Offer employment recommendations based on candidate qualifications and interview performance.

13. Assist leadership in developing recruitment budgets and tracking key metrics such as hiring costs, turnover rates, and diversity initiatives.

14. Facilitate career development discussions with employees and management.

15. Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.

Preferred Qualifications

- Extensive experience supporting Director-level roles across various functions.
- Proven ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Significant external sourcing experience.
- Previous experience with Comcast Business is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in leading Talent Acquisition initiatives.
- Ability to adapt and support multiple business units effectively.
