We are looking for a highly skilled Strategic Operations Technology Lead to join our team at McKesson. As a key member of our operations technology and automation group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for technology and automation initiatives associated with the stand-up of five (5) new distribution centers aligned with McKesson MMS's Accelerated Supply Chain Excellence (ASCE) initiative.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex programs and projects. You will lead and manage large-scale operations technology and automation programs from inception through execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Additionally, you will oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of technology solutions. As the primary point of contact for senior management and executive leadership, you will effectively communicate organizational strategies and translate them into actionable functional strategies. Ensure alignment across all functional areas to meet project objectives.

In this role, you will tackle complex challenges that require a deep understanding of the business environment and distribution operations. Provide strategic insights and solutions that address operational, technical, and logistical issues. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery and business readiness.

Furthermore, you will ensure the right metrics to monitor program status, risks, and readiness are developed, made visual, and updated. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive innovative solutions.

To succeed in this position, you must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on operations technology and automation. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required, while a Master's degree is preferred. Strong technical proficiency, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and exceptional leadership and team-building skills are essential for this role.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $100,100 - $166,900 per year.
