Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Food Service Utility. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Kitchen Work Areas: Ensure all kitchen areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
  • Keep Equipment and Utensils Clean: Wash and sanitize all equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a clean environment.
  • Remove Trash and Clean Garbage Cans: Regularly remove trash and clean garbage cans to prevent odors and maintain a clean environment.
  • Transfer Supplies and Equipment: Assist with transferring supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, ensuring efficient workflow and minimizing waste.
  • Assist with Banquet Table and Front of the House Setup: Assist with setting up banquet tables and the front of the house, ensuring a welcoming and clean environment for customers.
  • Load and Unload Supplies and Product: Assist with loading and unloading supplies and product, ensuring efficient workflow and minimizing waste.
  • Distribute Supplies and Utensils: Distribute supplies and utensils as needed, ensuring a clean and well-stocked environment.
  • Comply with Sanitation and Safety Requirements: Adhere to outlined sanitation and safety requirements, ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
