HVAC Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at All Florida Mechanical Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex HVAC systems, performing preventative maintenance, and collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair recreational and industrial HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems operate at peak efficiency.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with speed and accuracy.
• Collaborate with our team to deliver outstanding service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience using basic hand and power tools.
• Familiarity with electrical meters and measuring devices.
• Ability to create and utilize technical documents.
• Schedule and report on service activities for both customers and management.
• Connect motors, compressors, and ventilation fans to control panels and power sources.
• Write clear and concise reports on inspections and repairs.
• Guide junior team members as needed while working independently.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Universal EPA Certification preferred but not required.
• Five years of experience preferred but not required.
• Completion of an apprenticeship or military training preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Familiarity with MS Office programs.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
