We are seeking a qualified Family Practice Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at a rural health clinic in Central Wyoming. This is a full-time permanent position with a flexible schedule, offering four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days. Our providers work collaboratively to deliver high-quality patient care, and we are interested in candidates with ties to the area who are passionate about rural health.

The ideal candidate will be trained and certified to treat patients of all ages and have a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care.
