We offer a generous commission plan, all-inclusive benefits, and a dynamic work environment that's focused on delivering extraordinary experiences. With a set salary for the first three months, you'll have the opportunity to jump-start your career and achieve a $125,000 - $300,000+ in commission.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain availability at our model home staff hours, including weekends, to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to our sales process, ensuring a thorough understanding of contract documentation, financing options, and minimum standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the construction process, aiming for an Avid customer satisfaction rating in the top 10% in the US.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with current, past, and potential customers to maximize opportunities for customer referrals.
  • Proactively address customer journey management issues during sales and construction phases.
Qualifications
  • High achievement drive and ability to work independently.
  • Coachability and commitment to self-improvement.
  • Ability to establish and nurture trust with customers, trade partners, and employees.
  • Adaptability in dynamic market conditions.
  • With training, the ability to read and comprehend detailed construction blueprints, specifications, and basic development drawings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Blue beam/Revit skills.
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License in the State of Wisconsin or be willing to obtain one within the first 60 days.
