Licensed Practical Nurse

CareStaff Partners is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to fill a Home Health opening in South Portland, ME. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of clinical experience and possess strong communication skills.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive pay package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as 401k and first-day benefits. Shift information includes 12-hour weeks with 40 guaranteed hours.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $65,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. As a member of our team, you will work closely with patients and their families, maintaining a cooperative working relationship with medical staff and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized care plans
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A current certification or licensure in the state of practice
- At least 2 years of clinical experience
- ACLS and BCLS certification
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
