- Full Benefits Package: We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including:
- Total Compensation: $525K to $575K
- Starting Bonus: $25K
- Retention Bonus: $25K after one year
- Quality/Citizenship Bonus: $15K available yearly
- Full Benefits: Medical, dental, and disability insurance
- Malpractice/Liability Insurance: Including tail coverage
- Retirement Savings Plan: Guthrie retirement savings plan (403B) with employer match
