Opportunity Overview

As an Anesthesiology Specialist with our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients undergoing neurological procedures. Our state-of-the-art operating rooms and Epic 10-star health system ensure a smooth and efficient workday. You will have the opportunity to teach regular rotations of residents and medical students, furthering your expertise and contributing to the growth of our team.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a total compensation range of $525K to $575K, a $25K starting bonus, and a $25K retention bonus each year for the following three years. You will also receive full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance, as well as malpractice/liability insurance with tail coverage. Our Guthrie retirement savings plan (403B) features an employer match and age-based contributions. Additionally, you will receive an allowance for licensure fees, DEA certificate, and renewals, as well as a $10,000 referral bonus for each full-time physician you refer.

Work-Life Balance and Career Development

We prioritize work-life balance, offering 4-6 weeks of vacation, 5 personal days, and 7 holidays. You will also have 14 days for CME with options for home study, as well as $3,400 annually for CME, certifications, and memberships in specialty-specific medical societies. Our physician mentoring and leadership training opportunities will help you grow professionally and personally. We also offer relocation assistance up to $15K for qualified candidates and accompanying partner placement assistance. Our dedicated on-boarding specialist and provider services team will ensure a smooth transition to our team.
