  • Work alongside Directors to enhance narrative and gameplay through technical innovations.

  • Oversee the implementation of technical features and maintain open communication with the development team and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years in the gaming industry, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing AAA engineering teams.
  • Proficient programming skills, experience in developing scalable core game systems, and expertise in C++.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the game production pipeline and large-scale technical management.
  • Experience in multi-platform AAA game development and multiplayer gaming.
  • A genuine passion for gaming and creating outstanding player experiences.
Preferred Skills:
  • Open-mindedness and receptiveness to diverse cultures and ideas.
  • Experience in leading international teams with cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
  • Appreciation for diverse perspectives and their integration into the creative process.
  • Familiarity with Unreal Engine.
