We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Product Management to join our Card Marketing Data and Delivery Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a data product strategy to accelerate prospect and performance marketing using probabilistic matching techniques and leveraging anonymized 2nd and 3rd party data.
Key Responsibilities- Build a data product strategy to drive business outcomes and customer experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the boundaries for the Card messaging and marketing data product
- Develop a roadmap to solve for messaging needs beyond marketing (e.g. servicing) and reduce OpEx costs leveraging a modernized data pattern
- Lead customer discovery efforts to understand customer needs and drive the long-term vision for the product
- Define KPIs for the product and measure and track progress to those measures
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 5 years of experience in digital product management
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, MBA or Master's degree, and 3+ years of experience in Agile product management
