Business Development Associate

At iSoftTek Solutions Inc, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and develop strategies to convert them into paying clients.
- Sales and Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate deals.
- Data Entry and CRM Management: Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- A four year college degree in business management and/or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years sales experience preferably in a DoD capacity.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, able to work with minimal supervision.
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum based on location and experience. Benefits include 401(k), 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and vision insurance.
