About the Role
This position requires a Master's in Nursing-prepared nurse to coordinate nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care. As a registered nurse, you'll function within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model, demonstrating leadership, effective communication, and critical thinking skills.

Qualifications and Skills
We're looking for a skilled nurse with excellent communication skills, experience working in a team environment, and proficiency in electronic medical record systems. A current RN license by applicable state requirements and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are essential. This role is eligible for TN sponsorship, and holders of F1 status eligible for post-completion OPT can apply.
