Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Loan Closer to join our team at WesBanco Bank Inc. in Bowie, Maryland. As a key member of our Residential Lending team, you will be responsible for preparing documents required for Real Estate closings, ensuring compliance with Regulatory Requirements and Secondary Market Guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare Early Closing Disclosures on all loans
  • Verify Flood Certificate, Home Owner's Insurance, and Private Mortgage Insurance
  • Confirm lock period covers disbursement date
  • Produce preliminary Closing Disclosure and send to title company
  • Issue complete closing package and initiate wire transfer
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience with FHA, VA, and Conventional Secondary Market guidelines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and loan processing software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
