Job Overview

ARM Consulting is seeking an experienced System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Administrator to support our Department of Defense (DoD) customer software services.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of progressive experience in administering Microsoft's System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and related technologies. This includes experience with MECM, Microsoft Endpoint Patch Management, Third Party Software Packaging, and MECM Client health. The successful candidate will also have experience with Microsoft Office 365 and be familiar with NIPRNET and SIPRNET environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the day-to-day support-request flow and operations of our DoD customer software services.
  • Administer Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Microsoft Endpoint Patch Management, Third Party Software Packaging, and MECM Client health.
  • Provide Tier 3 issue resolution for end users and Tier 1 and 2 teams.
Requirements
  • At least three years of progressive experience in the administration of IT systems and networks with specific experience in SCCM.
  • Experience with scripting automation using VBScript, PowerShell, or other scripting languages.
  • Certifications: Security+ or CISSP, Cyber Security Baseline certification, and Computing Environment Certification.
Desired Skills
  • Experience with SCCM or MECM administration using MS 2012, MS 2016, or MS 2019.
  • Experience with Windows 10 OS deployments.
  • Experience with SQL 2016 or newer.
Education
  • Associates Degree.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
