Job Title: Senior Software Developer - .NET Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with expertise in .NET to join our team in Washington, DC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop data-intensive, web-based applications using the Microsoft .NET framework and SQL Server.
  • Perform software development activities including requirements gathering and analysis, systems design, development, documentation, testing and integration.
  • Collaborate with a team of software developers and domain experts to define requirements and scope project activities.
  • Maintain and enhance a working data intake and data preprocessor system.
  • Fix existing modeling software code causing errors due to unexpected data introduction.
  • Develop new SSRS reports based on client requirements.
  • Develop new WinForms interfaces for data input and data review.
  • Improve performance in existing SQL stored procedures.

Requirements:

  • US Citizen.
  • Active Top-Secret clearance is required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and best practices.
  • At least 5 years of strong, demonstrated experience in web development using ASP.NET and C# with Web Forms and MVC.
  • Strong demonstrated experience working with relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server) and developing database-driven .NET applications.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Familiar with developing reports using SQL-Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
