Job Mission:

New Balance is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Innovation team, driving digital transformation in our US manufacturing. The ideal candidate will develop cutting-edge software for automation solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams from Manufacturing and IT.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Software Engineering, with a passion for Computer Vision and/or Machine Learning. They will design and develop software infrastructure, write high-quality code, and research new technologies.

This role involves building API interfaces, integrating Robotics and Computer Vision solutions, and collaborating with other engineers on the team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional software development experience in Python, 2+ years of Linux software development, and experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
