About the Role

New Balance is seeking a highly skilled Senior Innovation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our innovation team, you will be responsible for introducing new automation and robotics technologies to our manufacturing facilities, driving innovation and improving manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes and technologies
  • Design and implement test rigs and integrate sensors for data collection
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Document and communicate new processes and technologies to the team
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing, Chemical, Plastics, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in robotics and automation
  • Strong understanding of robotics and automation technologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
