We're looking for a Transportation EIT to join our team. As a member of our design team, you'll work on preparing roadway and highway design elements using local or AASHTO standards. You'll also work with a team to prepare plans, specifications and estimates for projects of various sizes and complexity.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare roadway and highway design elements using local or AASHTO standards
  • Work with a team to prepare plans, specifications and estimates for projects
  • Produce plans such as Roadway Sections, Alignment/Right of Way Plans, Temporary Erosion Control Plans, Site Preparation Plans, Roadway Profiles, Drainage Plans and Profiles, Utility Plans, Paving, Pavement Marking Plans, Signing Plans, and Traffic Control Plans

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Microsoft Office Suite CAD software packages (MicroStation Version 8) and other design packages
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
