Transportation Project Manager

In the role of Transportation Project Executive, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for preparing roadway and highway design elements using local and AASHTO standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working as a member of a design team to prepare horizontal and vertical alignment, intersection layout, and sight distance determination
  • Collaborating with a team to prepare plans, specifications, and estimates for projects of various sizes and complexity
  • Developing roadway sections, alignment/right of way plans, temporary erosion control plans, site preparation plans, roadway profiles, drainage plans and profiles, utility plans, paving, pavement marking plans, signing plans, and traffic control plans

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CAD software packages, including MicroStation Version 8. If you are hired without your EIT, you will be expected to obtain it for career progression.
