- Data Entry and Maintenance: Compile payroll data and perform data entry in payroll batches, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Process new hires, terminations, status changes, pay rate changes, and other employee data, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Policy Interpretation and Application: Interpret and apply the company's payroll and benefit policies, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all payroll-related matters.
- Reporting and Analysis: Assist the supervisor with payroll report preparations, providing insights and recommendations to improve payroll processes and efficiency.
- ADP System Experience: Preferred experience with ADP systems and software.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, with strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work outside of standard work hours when necessary, ensuring payroll processing deadlines are met.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy and thoroughness, with an excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality work standards.
$55,000 - $65,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Benefits include medical, retirement, and vacation, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
