Neurodiagnostic Technologist II

We are seeking a certified Neurodiagnostic Technologist II to contribute to the care and treatment of patients with neurological illnesses in our Department of Neurology located in Boston, MA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain standard and special procedure EEG recordings and monitor additional physiological phenomena using appropriate techniques and instrumentation.
  • Record physiological data from patients undergoing routine, sleep, and special electroencephalographic (EEG) procedures.
  • Record physiological data from in/out patients undergoing Long Term Monitoring (Telemetry).

Requirements:

  • Three years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Vocational or Technical training in Neurodiagnostic or Polysomnographic technology preferred.
  • Successful completion of an educational program for EEG or Sleep Technologist accredited by the AMA Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation.
