About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a Bachelor's Degree in the Human Services field, with a focus on providing case management interventions to families whose children are returning from foster care. As a Family Reunification Program Worker, you will work closely with families to provide support and guidance in areas such as budgeting, resume building, employment searches, and parenting education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide case management interventions to families in St. Clair and Sanilac Counties
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support family reunification
  • Collaborate with other service providers to ensure comprehensive support for families
  • Conduct home visits and provide in-person support to families
  • Document case progress and outcomes
