Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Operations: Supervise the receipt, processing, and distribution of merchandise to stores, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Use computer systems to manage accurate inventory for warehouse operations, identifying damaged and expired products, and implementing product rotation based on code dates.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise daily activities of warehouse associates and drivers, assist management in covering and running shifts, and help with scheduling to ensure all shifts are covered.
  • Logistics and Transportation: Process deliveries accurately, timely, and efficiently, adhering to delivery schedules, and assist in transporting orders and returns between the warehouse and stores.
  • Quality Control: Maintain effective communication and working relationships between associates and management, and ensure accurate and timely ticketing according to branch standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1 year of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a related field, with experience in inventory management, SAP, and forklift operation.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, ability to delegate and coach others, and knowledge of modern warehousing practices and methods.
  • Physical Demands: Capable of lifting and/or moving up to 50 lbs, and able to drive a truck safely.
