Nurse III Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Senior Services department. As a Nurse III, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor provider agencies and provide technical assistance as needed
  • Assist with QA/QI initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
  • Baccalaureate degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
  • Two years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience as a registered professional nurse
  • Current West Virginia license or temporary permit to practice as a registered professional nurse
