Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care and improving the health and well-being of our patients and residents.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients and residents, ensuring the highest standards of practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for working in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer top-quality nursing care to patients and residents, ensuring the highest standards of practice.
  • Conduct intake assessments, administer first aid and medications, and perform health screenings.
  • Assist in developing and evaluating individualized care plans, tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records for all patients, documenting changes in their condition and treatments provided.
  • Work closely with physicians, supervisors, and other healthcare staff to coordinate and implement effective patient care.
  • May provide guidance and direction to LPNs, CNAs, and other staff members. Participate in the orientation and training of new staff.
Requirements:
  • Current West Virginia license or temporary permit to practice as a registered nurse.
  • None.
