Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Warehouse Associate to join our team at Local Knoxville, TN Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing retail sales transactions, and assisting with warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions.
  • Enter and complete retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with picking orders, loading and unloading trucks, preparing and packaging shipments.
  • Communicate regularly with Branch Manager to identify and resolve issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, unassisted.
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • OUTSTANDING attitude and demeanor.
  • Passage of pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven work history in a warehouse or retail environment.
  • Clean appearance and outgoing personality.
