Customer Experience Director

Job Summary
As a key member of the Johnson Controls International team, the Customer Experience Director will be responsible for managing the capacity and staffing of the Area Customer Experience team. This includes overseeing the assigned PSA portfolio, which encompasses scheduling, staffing, renewals, and transactional activity. The successful candidate will also review and approve all M&V plans developed by the Customer Experience team.
