Elite Technical is in search of a proactive Senior Enterprise Business Analyst who excels in collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to analyze, define, and manage requirements for launching new products and services. The preferred candidate will have extensive experience with leading payers across various domains including Enrollment & Benefit Administration, Claims Processing & Reimbursements, Member & Provider Portals/Services, Clinical & Care Management, Funding & Billing, and Reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Essential Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- A minimum of 6-7 years of experience as a business analyst within the healthcare payer sector, focusing on Claims, Enrollment, Benefits, Reimbursements, Care Management, Adjudication, and EDI (834 OR 835 OR 837)
Demonstrated strong client-facing capabilities and customer service skills.
Expertise in preparing High-Level Requirements, Use Cases, Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specifications, Test Strategies & Cases, and Traceability Matrices.
Proven track record in mapping business processes and workflows, conducting gap analyses, and documenting requirements to ensure thorough development and testing.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable leading cross-functional teams to translate business challenges and requirements into technical solutions.
Experience in Healthcare Insurance Payer in one or more of the following areas: Claims Administration, Enrollment & Eligibility, Benefit Administration, Contribution Accounting, Billing & Payment, and Member, Provider, and Employer-facing portals/services.
Ability to analyze issues and resolve problems swiftly and methodically.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Familiarity with BA/MS project tools, JIRA, and MS Project.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a flexible approach to adapting to change and a willingness to learn and develop new skills as needed.
BA Certifications and/or PMP certification are advantageous.
