About the Role

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity to lead our sales and marketing efforts, driving business growth and community engagement. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to increase sales, build relationships with referral sources, and promote our exceptional assisted living services to the surrounding community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and community engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals, elder law attorneys, and community organizations
  • Conduct tours of our community for prospective residents and their families, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, referrals, and sales activities
  • Collaborate with our executive team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven sales and marketing experience in the assisted living, healthcare, or hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
