About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our team of skilled engineers and machinists. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC equipment, as well as performing quality control inspections using CMM inspection software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain CNC equipment, including setup, adjustments, and programming
  • Perform quality control inspections using CMM inspection software, including FARO ARM and Laser Tracker
  • Work independently and as part of a team to inspect a variety of parts and materials
  • Collaborate with other machinists to set up and instruct on complex parts and processes
  • Perform detailed first article inspections and examine materials received, finished products, and work in process
Requirements
  • 5+ years of machining experience in setup, and operating CNC equipment
  • 2+ years of quality control inspection using FARO ARM, Laser Tracker, and CMM inspection software
  • Knowledge of machining operations, CNC, Lathe, Mill Turn, and Manual machine operations
  • Effective communication, relationship, time-management, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work well independently and cross-functionally as part of an established and growing team
