As a Program Assistant, your primary duties will include:

5. Providing essential support to participants, ensuring their safety and well-being during the program.

Additional Duties:
Working closely with management to execute specific program projects, such as:
- Developing and revising program documentation and promotional materials.
- Communicating effectively with various stakeholders, including local staff, partners, host families, and participants.

- Collaborating with partners to ensure successful program implementation.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience in an office setting.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
- The capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive attitude, with a desire to work collaboratively and grow within the organization.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A positive demeanor, flexibility, and a willingness to take guidance.
- Preferred experience working with youth or in international settings.
