Key Responsibilities:
As a Program Assistant, your primary duties will include:
1. Collaborating with the Program Manager on various operational tasks.
2. Managing documentation and preparing reports related to program activities and participants.
3. Assisting with logistics for both domestic and international travel related to participant events.
4. Accompanying participants during program activities, including educational field trips.
5. Providing essential support to participants, ensuring their safety and well-being during the program.
6. Monitoring deadlines to guarantee timely completion of program operations.

Additional Duties:
Working closely with management to execute specific program projects, such as:
- Developing and revising program documentation and promotional materials.
- Communicating effectively with various stakeholders, including local staff, partners, host families, and participants.

- Collaborating with partners to ensure successful program implementation.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience in an office setting.
