Business Development Manager

VONQ Sandbox is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead our critical business accounts. This role focuses on creating a positive working relationship with clients, addressing their issues, and responding to their questions.
The ideal candidate has experience in account management and developing new business opportunities among existing and new customers. Strong cross-functional experience working with customer service and product development is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer account management, including developing new business and negotiating contracts to maximize profits.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales team to achieve quotas while keeping clients satisfied and engaged with products and services.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Some travel required for this role.
