Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow to join our team. As a Clinical Fellow, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and make a positive impact on the lives of students with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities through comprehensive assessments.
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' specific needs.
  • Provide Therapy Services: Offer therapy services, including individual and group sessions, using evidence-based techniques and strategies.
  • Collaborate with Educational Teams: Work with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to create and implement intervention strategies.
  • Monitor and Document Progress: Track and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in IEP Meetings: Attend Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input regarding students' speech and language goals and objectives.
  • Stay Current with Professional Development: Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with advances in the field of speech-language pathology.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Clinical Fellowship Eligibility: Be eligible for or possess a Clinical Fellowship (CFY) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Georgia State Licensure: Hold Georgia state licensure or be eligible for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Strong Knowledge and Skills: Possess strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and therapeutic interventions, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Demonstrate highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective time management skills.
