Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary:
Soliant Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team for the upcoming school year. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work with multiple elementary caseloads, collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Evaluate students' speech, language, and communication skills to identify areas of strength and weakness.
- Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create individualized plans to address students' specific communication goals, including speech, language, and literacy skills.
- Provide Direct Therapy Services: Deliver therapy services to students both individually and in group settings, using evidence-based practices and strategies.
- Collaborate with Educators and Parents: Work with teachers and other school staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom environment, and provide consultation and support to parents/guardians regarding strategies to promote communication development at home.
- Document Services and Progress: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress, including progress monitoring and reporting.
- Participate in IEP Meetings: Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input regarding students' speech and language needs.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: Earned from an accredited program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP): Held from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility for clinical fellowship (CFY).
- State Licensure: Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
