About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Construction Project Manager to join our team in Manhattan. This role will provide overall management administration to project and assist in establishing project-specific objectives and policies.

The successful candidate will have significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction projects and will provide technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforce company and project policies, maintain close client interface, and ensure all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project-specific objectives and policies.

  • Has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction projects.
Requirements
  • BA/BS Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering degree and 4 years of architectural construction experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • Healthcare or Life Sciences construction experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Architectural construction in a life sciences or healthcare environment.
  • BS degree in Architecture.
  • Prior experience as a Project Manager from a larger GC.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
