Overview

Corgan is a dynamic and innovative architecture firm that is passionate about delivering exceptional results. We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Project Manager to join our Data Centers team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure project goals are met.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Provide regular project updates, reports, and communication to stakeholders.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and growth areas.
Qualifications
  • Professional degree in Architecture or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial architecture, with a focus on data centers.
  • Proven track record of successful project management, with a strong understanding of project delivery, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other 3D software, with experience in project coordination and client communication.

Corgan is committed to providing a collaborative and supportive work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and excellence. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000-$145,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
