Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of inventory management and purchasing to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure operational standards and goals are met, and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Oversee the development and growth of our leadership team and hourly staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable of job expectations and empowered to deliver exceptional results.
  • Implement effective strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales, while maintaining safe working conditions and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in FOH restaurant management, with a strong background in hospitality and customer service.
  • Title 4 Liquor Certification and Food Handlers Certification (Serve Safe Certification a plus).
  • Experience with Aloha POS and extensive knowledge of beer and spirits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, management, and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
