Compensation

  • Annual salary range: $100,000.00 - $180,000.00
  • Bonus opportunities available twice a year

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and clarify contract documents, addressing any discrepancies
  • Prepare project budgets and schedules
  • Identify necessary permits and procedures before project initiation
  • Establish project-specific quality and safety standards
  • Oversee buyouts and amend subcontracts as needed
  • Create and update comprehensive project schedules
  • Streamline processes for pre-construction, construction, and project close-out phases
  • Procure essential equipment
  • Monitor project progress to meet deadlines
  • Conduct regular production control and cash flow meetings
  • Resolve budget and schedule-related issues
  • Review RFIs, submittals, and other project deliverables
  • Evaluate change order submissions
  • Review payment requisitions and subcontractor payments
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures
  • Delegate tasks to project teams and subcontractors
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders
  • Coordinate resources with other project managers
  • Foster effective relationships internally and externally
  • Lead and motivate project personnel for optimal performance
  • Provide feedback and address performance concerns
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations
  • Identify training needs and facilitate skill development
  • Encourage the use of best practices among staff
  • Direct construction activities of subcontractors and laborers

Qualifications

  • Possession of an SST62 license
  • Valid driving license
  • 6 to 10 years of relevant experience with SCA, MTA, or public projects preferred
  • Authorization to work in the US is required
