Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe and clean parking environment
  • Maintain operation of parking lot and provide high-quality service to guests
  • Greet guests and provide information and direction as needed
  • Identify and resolve potential risks and conflicts
  • Perform regular patrols of the parking area and issue notices of payment to customers for non-compliance
  • Regularly clean the parking lot to ensure it is tidy and organized
  • Respond to reports of damage to equipment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience working as a parking attendant
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
