We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Labor and Delivery Unit Nurse to join our team at HCA Florida North Florida Hospital. As a member of our labor and delivery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our patients through one of the most significant moments of their lives.

About the Role

As a RN Labor and Delivery Unit Nurse, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to patients in labor and delivery. This includes assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in labor and delivery, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a current RN license in the state of Florida and a minimum of 1 year of experience in labor and delivery. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
