What We Offer
As a Patient Care Advocate, you can expect:
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
- 90% of insurance benefits covered for your whole family, including medical, dental, and vision coverage
- 20 days off annually, including 10 paid time off days and 10 holidays
- Employee access to Serenity's treatment options
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with patients by showing a high degree of compassion and connection. You will also educate patients about Serenity's life-changing treatment options, address questions and concerns, and overcome objections to get patients scheduled for treatment.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- A strong customer service mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills
- A minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in a related field, such as orthopedic, dental, or vision offices, caregiver for children with disabilities, professional tutoring, personal coaching, or high-end restaurant serving
