Compensation Package

Job Description: Charge Nurse (LPN/LVN)Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in and oversee patient care as prescribed by attending physicians, adhering to accepted standards and LPN/LVN scope.
  • Directly provide care or supervise Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure high-quality patient well-being.
Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing school and valid licensure in the applicable state.
  • Minimum one-year supervisory experience in a long-term or healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
