POSITION OVERVIEW

The Integrations & Data Manager will spearhead the design, implementation, and continuous management of all enterprise application integrations. This role is pivotal in supporting the development and lifecycle management of products from inception to launch and beyond. At Genpro, a product encompasses any solution or service that utilizes our extensive technology stack to address specific business challenges. This position entails contributing to the product's strategic direction, defining its roadmap, and ensuring its overall success.

In this crucial role, you will champion strategic initiatives in data integration, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, marketers, and researchers, to enhance product offerings and features. A comprehensive understanding of the entire Genpro technology stack is essential, as you will manage specific products while also gaining insights into other technologies to support additional products as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of enterprise application integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and robust system interoperability.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, Business Technology team members, and external partners to comprehend and fulfill intricate integration and data requirements, ensuring seamless system functionality.
  • Assist in shaping and defining the product strategy, objectives, and success metrics in line with broader business goals and customer needs.
  • Lead independent projects from concept through to completion, applying project management best practices and facilitating effective communication and documentation of project progress, decisions, and changes.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the Genpro technology stack and its applications, participating in training and workshops to stay abreast of technology trends.
  • Coordinate efforts among engineers, designers, researchers, and testers to promote collaboration and effective communication.
  • Ensure teams adhere to deadlines and budget constraints, monitoring progress and addressing any deviations from the plan.
  • Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, resolving conflicts and facilitating discussions to align on product direction and manage expectations.
  • Manage vendor relationships to guarantee high-quality service delivery, assist in contract negotiations, and maintain effective communication with external partners.
  • Lead the integration of new technologies and infrastructure enhancements, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of these innovations.
  • Adopt a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and resolving integration challenges, providing expert-level support to minimize downtime and uphold operational excellence.
  • Analyze data to inform product decisions and strategies, developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to monitor product performance.
  • Offer insights and recommendations based on data analysis to continuously enhance the product(s).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with advanced degrees being a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in supply chain logistics and associated technologies, preferably within a 3PL environment.
  • Hands-on experience in technology integration, implementation, and support, with a focus on system integration and development.
  • Proficiency in the Cleo Integration Cloud or similar platforms for EDI/API integrations, with a proven history of successful implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a proven record in process improvement and project execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging constructively with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, along with familiarity with diagramming and process mapping tools such as Visio and Lucid Charts.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of system capabilities, skilled in conducting gap analysis, establishing documentation standards, and employing continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in managing detailed system documentation and overseeing all aspects of system administration, including backup, recovery, and performance optimization.
