Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Tri City Foods. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, including managing daily operations, leading the management team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restaurant Operations:
    • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
    • Ensure that the restaurant is running efficiently and effectively, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership:
    • Lead and manage the restaurant management team, including Assistant Managers and Shift Coordinators.
    • Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to team members to ensure their success and growth.
  • Financial Management:
    • Manage the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Make informed decisions to drive sales growth, reduce costs, and improve profitability.
  • Customer Service:
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, with a focus on quality, speed, and accuracy.
    • Monitor customer feedback and make improvements to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of college preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
