Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the BOH team to ensure efficient and effective food preparation
  • Follow recipes, measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients
  • Properly cook and handle various food items using a variety of cooking methods
Requirements
  • 2+ years of prep experience
  • Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
  • ServSafe Manager Certification (or must be completed within the first 90 days of employment)
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
